A project to repave a portion of Highway 183 in Rooks County is slated to begin Thursday. The mill and overlay will begin at the north end ofStocktonand continue eight and a half miles north to thePhillips County line. Traffic will be guided by a pilot car during daylight hours. The project is scheduled for completion in mid October.
