A question is lingering over the deadline for development under the Hays Wind Conditional Use Permit. County Administrator Greg Sund told the commission Monday night that a motion may need to be filed to have the judge clarify his intentions under the settlement agreement to determine if the CUP has an expiration date .
The commissioners want to review the language in the settlement and discuss possibly filing a motion at the November 21st meeting.
