The top Democrat in the Kansas House says he didn’t hear any concrete proposals for creating jobs in Governor Sam Brownback’s State of the State address Wednesday.

House Minority Leader Paul Davis says that is why the legislature needs to approve the Democrat’s Kansas Jobs First plan, which includes 14 proposals.

Davis says the proposals have had bipartisan support in the past.
