Energy Pioneer Solutions plans to bring 12 jobs to Hays as they expand the Nebraska company into Kansas. The Hays City Commission has approved the application for the job bounty program.

City Manager Toby Dougherty says if the company fulfills its employment and salary promise, it will receive $15,500 over five years from the city. Employment records will be audited at the end of each year.

Energy Pioneer Solutions works with local energy providers to audit homes and businesses for energy efficiency.
